Hot water

  3. Alkaline Vegetables: During digestion, our stomach produces gastric acids, which aid in the breakdown of food.  Sleep

Get adequate sleep every night, but don’t go to bed right after dinner. Even if you’re exhausted, go for a brisk stroll to help your digestion. Going to bed shortly after a meal might sabotage your digestion and lead to other health problems, including acidity and excess weight.
