Jen Wilson has believed in the healing power of nature since living on a farm as a young child.
She’s had the privilege of interviewing and learning from many respected Ayurveda practitioners and has written extensively about these experiences.
Jen has published and/or co-authored over a dozen books, with topics including Ayurveda, healthy living, and sustainability.

She has a B.A. in English and Psychology, a B.S. in Sociology, and an M.A. in English.
Lastly, she currently resides in Northern California where she enjoys the numerous bicycle paths and nature trails.
